Latex helium balloons typically float for 12–24 hours. However, when treated with Hi-Float, they can float for up to 2–3 days indoors. Foil (Mylar) balloons usually last 3–5 days or more. For best results, we recommend scheduling delivery or pickup close to your event time. Keep your balloons indoors, away from heat, direct sunlight, and sharp objects.

Yes, we offer helium inflation for customer provided balloons. Just note:
Foil balloons must be in good condition with an intact valve.
Latex balloons must be new, uncoated, and helium-safe.
We are NOT responsible for balloons that pop, leak, or fail to float due to manufacturer defects or low quality materials.
No refunds will be issued for balloons that fail after inflation.
